This is the winery’s flagship series. The series consists of varietal wines that have been aged in French oak barrels. The wines are made from grapes grown in the vineyards of the winery and they bring with them the unique characteristics of the various growing areas in the Judean Mountains. This is a series with fine wines with high aging potential and unique taste.
The Merlot variety thrives in the Ella Valley and gives one of the most unique and distinct expressions of this variety in the Land of Israel. It is noticeable but restrained with aromas of red and black fruit, earth and tobacco, vanilla coffee, and everything is wrapped in dry Mediterranean herbs. Rich and multi-layered, concentrated flavors balanced with solid tannin and slightly dry and elegant. The fruit flavors are wrapped in dark chocolate and espresso, full and wide body along with a rich and long finish. 12 months aging process in a French oak barrel.
Cabernet Sauvignon has been produced in the winery as a varietal wine since 2003. Cabernet Franc, alongside the white Sauvignon Blanc variety, are the genetic parents of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety. One of the common characteristics of wines containing Cabernet Franc is aromas of black pepper, and in some instances the wines are characterized by aromas of berries, tobacco and violets. A wine in its infancy, with a high aging potential. It’s Compressed with aromas typical of a variety of menthol, pepper, and cherry. Continues its complexity and intensity. Medium and rough body, rich in red fruit, cloves and spices supported by dusty tannin and together leads to a long finish. You can also feel flavors of herbaceous and earthy. 12 months aging process in a French oak barrel.
The meeting between the Syrah variety and the Petit Syrah variety creates a full and powerful wine when the Syrah contributes to the wine's complexity, elegance and even spice while the Petit Syrah contributes to a fruity wine and a solid structure. Together they create a complex and layered wine but at the same time one that is whole and harmonious. complex and powerful, in which it weaves aromas of ripe plum, cherry, dried fruit along with aromas of wood, black pepper, licorice, tobacco and a little skin. Full body, black and red fruit flavors, touches of tea and tobacco leaves supported by a solid structure of noticeable and rough tannins and a long finish. 14 months aging process in a French oak barrel.
This Cabernet Franc Lane grape came from two winery vineyards. Aderet vineyard, which produces ripe fruit characterized by a black and concentrated fruit aroma, and Nes Harim vineyard which provides the cool varietal expression of herbaceous and elegance. The connection between these two growing areas reflects the characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Concentrated and fruity of black and red fruit, green pepper alongside white pepper, tobacco and a little cassis. Full body with balanced acidity, elegant tannins that envelop the body of the wine, on the palate the ripe fruit and characteristic greenery of the growing area is noticeable, with a long and pleasant finish. 14 months aging process in a French oak barrel.
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested by hand, and after careful sorting were transferred to fermentation in stainless steel tanks and to a maturation period of about 6 months. The Nes Harim vineyard from which the grapes come is located at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, a fact that allows for slow ripening, which is characteristic of concentrated fruit and the preservation of the natural acidity of the grape. Fresh and refreshing of apple, chopped grass, minerality and lemon peel. A crisp and energetic mouth that continues the nose, an abundance of fruit, herbaceous characteristic of the variety. The taste is accompanied throughout by a refreshing and surprising acidity. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks.
The Chardonnay grapes were harvested by hand and after careful sorting some were transferred to fermentation in French oak barrels and aged on its sediments for 6 months, and the rest fermented in a container. The wine exhibits rich aromas of cashews, butter and baked bread alongside sweeping fruitiness. It has a round and multi-layered structure, medium body. The minerality and refreshing acidity are supported by aromas of white fruit, green apple and grapefruit. The combination of the barrel and the container allows for a wine that is complex and rich on the one hand, but maintains freshness and fruitiness on the other.
