The winery’s luxury brand that embodies the finest grapes from the best plots of the vineyard, as well as wine that has undergone long aging in the barrel and the bottle before being released to the market. The vintner chooses which harvest years are appropriate for this series, which wines will have the merit to carry the prestigious and honorable VC label, and therefore from year to year one will find different wines in this series.
This blend was first produced in the 2008 harvest. The name of the wine is derived from the geographical coordinates of the winery’s vineyards: 32°N latitude which passes just north of the 35°E longitude line which traverses the courtyard of the winery. Choosing the name 32°N35°E is our way of giving thanks to the blessed land and the special conditions of the Ella Valley region, which is characterized as a unique terroir. A complex and intense wine that combines aromas of fruit, barrels, leather and earth. A rich, multilayered and dramatic wine. Intense yet simultaneously elegant and polished with a lingering aftertaste.
It is a rare occasion that we are blessed with an extraordinary and unique vintage, which allows us to crease something truly different that really creates a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The chardonnay in this series was released very few times from the all of the winery’ vintages. The grapes are cultivated from a single vineyard, owned by the Nes Harim Winery. Following a night vintage and highly selective hand-picking, the grapes were moved to ferment in wooden barrels. A rich, rotund and multi-layered wine. The tastes of the barrel are complicated, supporting a ripened fruit and invigorating tartness.
