How I Became Involved in This Project
"When the project for the winery was in its very early stages, I was asked to take on the responsibility for its realization. I started taking an interest in the subject, fell in love and got sucked into it. I travelled to the Napa Valley, California, in order to learn from the best, and I returned home to locate the best growing area, to plant the vines and to build a winery."

My philosophy
"Paying attention to the slightest detail, without compromising, and doing everything with the utmost seriousness, out of genuine love and connection. Wine making is a very unforgiving field. It recalls every mistake made along the way. This is why we put so much work and thought into the vineyards, as excellent wine calls for excellent grapes."
